Students are taught all areas of <b><i>hospitality service, operations and management<\/i>.<\/b> As you step on campus the students are warm and welcoming and immediately make you feel at home \u2013 it\u2019s part of the service.<\/p>\n<p>My second visit was an invitation from <i><b>Professor Horatiu Tudori<\/b><\/i>, who we are working with on a market research project to better understand the challenges hoteliers are facing on local and global levels, to deliver a presentation to his students. Along with <i><b>Casey Davy, VP EMEA<\/b><\/i> we addressed an eager audience of over 150 students \u2013 I suddenly felt I had been catapulted back to my University days as I stared headlong into an audience towering above me in the auditorium.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-nE58_KytPqM\/T3mVf3GBQ7I\/AAAAAAAAAPc\/LbZpHMY8Y_Y\/s1600\/DSC02058.JPG\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"320\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-nE58_KytPqM\/T3mVf3GBQ7I\/AAAAAAAAAPc\/LbZpHMY8Y_Y\/s320\/DSC02058.JPG\" width=\"257\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-Uqoskty6B1g\/T3mVdhRWrwI\/AAAAAAAAAPU\/AmtEFbLaEuc\/s1600\/DSC02054--.JPG\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"240\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-Uqoskty6B1g\/T3mVdhRWrwI\/AAAAAAAAAPU\/AmtEFbLaEuc\/s320\/DSC02054--.JPG\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Here we delivered the <i><b><a href=\"http:\/\/mashable.com\/2012\/02\/21\/online-travel-infographic\/\" target=\"_blank\">Evolution<\/a> of Channel Management<\/b><\/i> \u2013 <i>the history of sales and the future challenges we have ahead of us<\/i>. In particular exploring those that this generation of revenue managers will face when they enter the full-time workplace. We had a discussion on <b><i><a href=\"http:\/\/booking.com\/\">Booking.com<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/hotelmarketing.com\/index.php\/content\/article\/the_year_of_solomo_in_hotel_marketing\" target=\"_blank\">social media<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frommers.com\/articles\/7385.html\" target=\"_blank\">voucher websites<\/a><\/i><\/b> \u2013 it was abundantly clear these students were well read.<\/p>\n<p>I certainly feel our partnership is growing and I look forward to this year ahead with Ecole h\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Lausanne and the launch of our <i>Research Paper<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p><i><b>Thank you Professor Horatiu Tudori.<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i><b>Ryan Haynes<\/b> is the VP &#8211; Marketing Communications at eRevMax and is responsible for driving all PR and Marketing activities of RateTiger and eRevMax brands globally.
