Luxury reimagined: Hyatt San Diego’s 2026 vision
Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego has announced a phased renovation plan to enhance one of Southern California’s most prominent hotels. Highlighting its prime coastal location, the renovation will build on the property’s reputation as a key landmark in Southern California hospitality. Starting in early 2025 and continuing through Winter 2026, the project will update all 1,628 guestrooms and suites, over 320,000 square feet of meeting space, several dining venues like Sally’s and the Top of the Hyatt, and recreational areas such as the sports court and two rooftop pool decks.
ROHL delivers robust 141% profit growth
Royal Orchid Hotels [ROHL] has announced its consolidated financial results for the nine months ending December 31, 2024, following approval from its Board of Directors. The ROHL group operates over 90+ Regenta hotels across different categories within its portfolio of 110+ hotels, making Regenta the key driver of growth across India. The Regenta Rewards program will serve as the umbrella loyalty platform, bringing together existing and upcoming hotels under one program.
