The reduction in global travel and tourism deal activity was primarily influenced by a notable decrease in deal volume across certain regions and countries. From January to September (Q1-Q3) 2024, 519 transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and venture financing, were reported in the global travel and tourism sector.

Rotana highlights expansion and trends at FHS 2024
