W Hotels enters Hangzhou via a new Marriott deal
W Hotels arrives in Hangzhou via a new partnership with Marriott International.Marriott International, Inc. has declared a new partnership with Zhong An Commercial Group, a division of China New City Group, to introduce the W Hotels brand in Hangzhou. Expected to open in 2031, W Hangzhou is set to be situated at the northwest crossroads of Minhe Road and Liyi Road in Qianjiang Century City, the emerging central business district of Hangzhou. The hotel aims to set a new standard for luxury hospitality in the city with its audacious, meticulously crafted design, superior service, and dynamic, continuous programming.
Hotel Yellowstone opens in Jackson Hole
Hotel Yellowstone at Jackson Hole is thrilled to celebrate its grand opening as the destination’s first and only adults-only hotel. Nestled atop the East Gros Ventre Butte, Hotel Yellowstone touts Jackson Hole’s sole unobstructed views of the majestic Teton Mountain Range and expansive Snake River Valley.
HEI Hotels & Resorts adds The Westin Dallas Downtown
HEI Hotels & Resorts has added The Westin Dallas Downtown to its portfolio, bringing the total number of hotels managed in the Dallas market to five. HEI now manages a total of 15 properties in the state of Texas. The Westin Dallas Downtown opened in 2015 and features 326 rooms, 34,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space, a three-meal restaurant and lobby bar, an indoor swimming pool, and a fitness center. The property is located in the Dallas CBD, within walking distance of the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, and surrounded by more than 34 million square feet of office space. The Westin is part of One Main Place, a 33-story mixed-use development that also includes office and retail.
Pride Hotels rapidly expands in Gujarat
Pride Hotels Group announces the opening of Biznotel by Pride Bharuch, making it the fourth Biznotel by Pride property in Gujarat, highlighting the growth of the brand in the market.
