Raines Adds Sea Palms Resort to Management Portfolio 

Raines welcomed the Sea Palms Resort in St. Simons Island, Georgia, to its management portfolio. This addition, owned by RREAF Holdings, is part of Woven by Raines, the company’s lifestyle division, and includes a golf course, marking the second golf course managed by Raines.

Meliá expands with two new hotels in Thailand 

Spanish Hotel Group Meliá Hotels International is building its presence in Southeast Asia with two new Thailand hotels, including the launch of the first Paradisus by Meliá-branded property in the region.  Rotana opens Palma Bay Rotana in Egypt 

The new four-star resort marks Rotana’s second property in Egypt and adds 176 keys to its global portfolio. Rotana, one of the leading hotel management companies in the region with 77 operational properties in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Türkiye (MENAT), announces today the opening of Palma Bay Rotana, in New Alamein, Egypt. SAMHI partners with Marriott to rebrand two hotels 

SAMHI Hotels Ltd, a hotel ownership and asset management platform in India, has informed exchanges about entering into agreements for the rebranding of two of its hotels acquired as part of the ACIC portfolio. This follows SAMHI’s core strength and proven experience in the acquisition and turn-around of hotel assets.
