Sheraton marks the debut of its 100th hotel in Greater China
Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s global portfolio of more than 30 hotel brands, today announced the opening of Sheraton Lanzhou Anning in Lanzhou of Gansu province. The opening also marks the 100th Sheraton Hotel in Greater China, where the brand made its market debut 50 years ago. Located in the heart of Lanzhou’s Anning District, the new hotel draws on the brand’s roots as a gathering place for both locals and guests in communities around the world, which continues to evolve through Sheraton’s new design vision of creating intuitive and holistic experiences through spaces to connect, be productive, and enjoy a sense of belonging.

Sage Hospitality Group announced that Sage Investments entered into a joint venture agreement with Aspect Real Estate Group, Corner Lot, and Kelco Management and Development, closing on One Ocean Resort & Spa. A resort in Atlantic Beach, Florida, One Ocean Resort & Spa is situated over 3 acres of oceanfront real estate. The property benefits from its location in Jacksonville Beaches. Sage has committed to a comprehensive capital improvement plan, including an upgrade to all guest-facing areas and a repositioning of the resort in 2025 led by Sage Studio, the company’s graphic and interior design division.
Four Club Mahindra resorts champion sustainability
The Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) recognises four Club Mahindra Resorts, highlighting their dedication to sustainability. Kumbhalgarh, Ooty, and Madikeri have been awarded the prestigious Platinum certifications from the IGBC, and the Club Mahindra resort in Udaipur has earned the IGBC Gold certification.
